A Managing Director job with a Manufacturing business based in Leeds Your new company This organisation is an international leader in the design and manufacturing of industrial pumps. Primarily focused on the water treatment and chemical sectors, they are increasingly found within the food and beverage sector. A global business, they are currently recruiting for a Managing Director to lead their UK office. Your new role As Managing Director of the UK business, the role will be varied. You will both manage all aspects of the business including P&L and recruitment, whilst remaining hands on with Sales. Operating as a country manager you will lead the sales effort creating and implementing both a personal and team sales plan. What you'll need to succeed Prior Sales and Sales Management experience will be essential for this role. This experience will have been gained within the pump sector and you will have a demonstrable track record of success int his field.
