Senior Account Lead - Payments - Credit Cards One of the world's leading Payments organisations is looking for a new Senior Account Manager to manage one of their largest signature accounts for the UK & Ireland. Client Details Senior Account Lead - Payments - Credit Cards The organisation is a well known Payments brand. Description Senior Account Lead - Payments - Credit Cards Based in London, you will be Responsible for actively managing the relationship with one global signature account Promote and secure use of the organisation's products and services across their business. Build deep partnerships with your client to identify opportunities to introduce existing products and services and develop new innovative solutions which will improve the payments experience for their customers and deliver growth. Work with the client to identify and deliver opportunities to enhance the customer proposition Manage the relationship with the global signature account, ensuring your stakeholders are provided appropriate support. Be accountable for prioritising conflicting and competing demand across the business to ensure resources are deployed to maximum effect. Work with your clients to identify new and ongoing requirements, introducing existing products and services and identifying new innovative solutions which will enable them to enhance the payment experience for their customers and support growth of their business. Demonstrate good knowledge of the payments market and Financial Services which will enable you to identity new opportunities to provide your client with solutions to grow their business. Lead contract negotiations where required. Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and departmental plans Profile Senior Account Lead - Payments - Credit Cards Strong Knowledge and experience of the unsecured lending/credit card space Sales and Relationship management experience Knowledge and experience of the payments business and/or financial services Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with and influence key stakeholders up to Executive level Good Commercial understanding of the payments market with the ability to deliver growth by identify and implementing new solutions for your client. Proven ability to develop and deliver client strategic plans Proven influencing, selling and negotiation skills Job Offer Senior Account Lead - Payments - Credit Cards A Basic Salary of up to £110,000 plus Bonus, Car Allowance and an excellent benefits package.
