Shipley College (near Bradford) Vice Principal Curriculum and Quality (Senior Postholder) Great People. Great Place Shipley College is a high quality, inspirational college providing education and training, meeting the ambitions of individuals, businesses and communities. With 3,500 students, the college provides vocational, apprenticeships, adult, distance learning and some HE provision. A college acknowledged by Ofsted as Grade 2 ‘Good’ rating overall and with good financial health it is set in a stunning environment, all based in the World Heritage Site of Saltaire. Following the retirement of our Vice Principal Curriculum and Quality we are now looking for someone with a strategic approach who can inspire staff and foster a culture to drive forward the quality of education. You will be vital in ensuring our teaching and learning is both innovative and inspiring, enabling us to provide students with an exciting and effective learning experience. You must be skilled in empowering staff and students to fulfil their potential and flourish. You may be someone with either a curriculum or quality background who is ready to progress into your first senior management role. You will be expected to have a significant impact on the success of our students, improving quality, teaching, learning and assessment across the college and we will provide you with the coaching and mentoring you need to succeed.
