Overview
Our client is seeking a home based experienced Field Sales/Business Development Executive to join them as a full time permanent member of their sales team. You will be based in the London region. As a Field Sales / Business Development Executive you will be required to cover the London area and convert leads into sales. You will build and maintain relationships and generate new business by making business presentations face to face to clients as well as further developing business with existing clients. You will conduct initial telephone campaigns, and attend networking events across a wide range of businesses nationally. You will also support and train on boarding of new clients and ensure that targets are exceeded through effective business generation and growth. You will report and monitor performance of clients. You will manage your own diary and be prepared to travel across the UK, you will be working within a regulated environment and will need to keep abreast with industry changes. This position offers an overall earning potential of £40k. An attractive basic salary of between £28k - £35k commission offering a realistic OTE of in excess of £40k Company Vehicle / Laptop and Mobile phone forms part of the package. To be considered for this Field Sales / Business Development position you must have previous field sales experience and will have a proven track record of sales success. You will have previously worked within insurance and had exposure to private medical insurance. This is a home based position covering the London area. Please forward your CV for consideration.
