Their leading service helps companies of all sizes address complex and often strategic issues through providing consumer behaviour data and information broken down into usable, bespoke packages. Due to continued growth, they now have an exciting opening for a Graduate Sales Executive to join their successful West London based team. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will: Join a growing team based in West London, where the focus is on developing and maintaining revenue streams from new public and private sector accounts Work with some existing accounts to up-sell, cross-sell and renew contracts Manage, monitor and report on sales activity, pipeline and additional KPI's Drive growth, help shape sales strategy and participate in marketing initiatives Receive full and extensive sales training The ideal sales candidate will: Be a recent graduate with 12-18 month previous commercial experience gained during or post-university Demonstrate a consultative manner Be intelligent, inquisitive and possess business acumen, motivation and a dynamic yet professional approach Have first-class communication and presentation skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels Be a vibrant and polished individual with a broad range of extracurricular activities and interests Have attention to detail, be a natural rapport builder and eager to develop a lasting sales career The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 25k, with a first-year OTE of 40-50k plus additional benefits, ongoing training and genuine opportunities for career progression.
