LEGAL RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - MANCHESTER, LIVERPOOL, YORKSHIRE, NORTH WEST What we're looking for Chadwick Nott is currently recruiting for legal recruitment consultants to be based in our Manchester office. We are expanding our North West private practice team which covers the Manchester, Liverpool, Yorkshire and wider North West legal markets. Previous legal recruitment fee earning experience is preferable, however we will also consider applicants with a proven fee-earning record in other professional services fields who can demonstrate an interest in specialising in the legal sector. What you'll do As a consultant, you'll have the freedom to manage your own desk and define your commercial direction. We'll trust you to do a good job and give you the tools and the space you need to do it. At the same time, you'll still have all the support you need. By developing your own personal relationships with candidates and clients that include top-tier, national and international law firms, you'll have the scope to become a leading market expert. As you progress, you'll have the opportunity to lead teams, pitch for new business and develop new markets. What you'll join Chadwick Nott offers the best of both worlds for legal recruiters. Chadwick Nott is a close knit group of around 40 team members operating within small collegiate business streams across 4 offices. What you'll learn Chadwick Nott's bespoke legal recruitment training programme will give you the knowledge and skills to develop throughout your time with us as a legal recruitment specialist, but as part of the wider Impellam Group, you'll also receive guidance from recruitment industry experts from across our brands and have access to the Impellam Group's excellent national training and development programmes. What you'll earn Our salary structure is completely transparent and our commission has no upper cap, so working hard will bring you the rewards you deserve.
