Overview
Client: A established Brokerage with a good name in the market place and established infrastructure which allows their staff to perform in their roles without being bogged down with additional responsibilities. Through ongoing continued expansion, they are looking for Commercial Development Executives to join their team in the Midlands. The Opportunity: You will be responsible in the main for generating your own leads and pipeline. There is some support but the focus will be from you to generate activity. You will have full broker and account handling support and you will be free to be out on the road and in front of clients in order to secure new business. There is good package and bonus available as well as career advancement in this role. Whats needed to be considered: You will need to be comfortable and happy working in a sales (development) role Experience generating your own leads and pipeline Solid Insurance experience in Real Estate and Construction is a must.
