Benefits for you: Competitive Basic Salary of up to £45k Uncapped Commission OTE £80k Rewards and Accelerators for exceeding monthly sales targets Great start up culture Development and career progression 25 days paid holiday About the Role of Business Development Manager Due to expansion my client is looking to hire several Business Development Managers to join their small but expanding sales team in London to sell their innovative SAAS platform to new prospects; you'll create and close sales across all industry verticals including SME’s and large Corporates across the UK targeting HR Managers / HR Directors and Heads of Training/ The Business Development Manager role will be split 70% Inside Sales and 30% Face to Face Sales (or presenting via Zoom / Webex) where you will be responsible for the full 360degree sales cycle from initial prospecting, delivering online web demonstrations to closing the sale. You will receive plenty of warm and inbound leads to convert and have the support of a Business Development Representative who will book some of your meetings and pass you over warm leads to close however we would still expect you to develop at least 50% of your own Sales prospects as well. The Business Development Manager will report directly into the Head of Sales and play a key role in driving new business opportunities and as the team continues to grow there will be plenty of opportunities to develop and progress your career within the company. This is a fantastic opportunity if you're a hungry and ambitious Sales individual. This would suit if you have a minimum of 2 - 3 Years B 2 B Sales experience within SAAS and ideally might have sold an online training / learning solution. If you're looking for that next step in your Sales career and looking to work for an ambitious and fast growing SAAS business then we would love to hear from you Your skills and experience: Minimum of 2 - 3 Years in B 2 B Sales with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Experience of selling SAAS is essential or experience of working as a BDR (min. 2 years experience) in SAAS and keen to move into a BDM role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience of selling into HR Department Heads / Heads of Training is preferred but not essential Goal orientated, competitive and results driven Team player, self motivated and entrepreneurial Degree educated Apply now for this Business Development Manager role.
