Overview
Are you a Quantity Surveyor that's had enough on the commute into London? Our Client, based in Romford, is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them. They are a small firm that offer a diverse portfolio of projects to deliver, such as; Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Public and Residential. The role is a project delivery role and does not involve any business development aspects, unlike some other consultancies in London. You would be given a high level of autonomy to deliver on projects and also be given the opportunity to give guidance to your fellow colleagues. The client is offering an opportunity for the right person to develop and move up the ladder internally with them. The office is a laid back environment and has recently has some investment with a refurbishment so you can enjoy your surroundings whilst you work. The below would be looked upon favourably; Ideally MRICS 4/5 years Consultancy experience Degree in Quantity Surveying Benefits £55,000-£60,000 - dependant on experience RICS fees covered 22 days leave - Christmas Shutdown - plus bank holidays
