Overview
A New Business Specialist Software Sales Professional will join this SaaS platform provider because they have a compelling proposition and strong point of differentiation in their chosen vertical market specialisations. High financial rewards and career development will follow for solution sales consultants who are successful with this workforce management software / service management software provider. This is a genuine software solution sale to mid-market and enterprise sectors where our client is the leading solution provider. They have a long, credible history of winning and keeping big name clients.This has been achieved because they have a great offering and excellent corporate culture that looks after their staff and their customers. We are looking for a new business software sales consultant with a minimum of 3 years successful sales experience in a complex solution sales environment. This means experience of working with multiple decision makers, influencers and stake holders. Experience of mapping business process to technology solutions is essential. Experience of SaaS sales would be very interesting but not essential. This organisation is based in the North West so Sales Executives from the North West would be preferable however clients are located nationally and occasionally internationally so Business Development Managers from other locations are encouraged to apply as home working is possible. The package includes a Basic salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000 and there is an uncapped OTE of £80,000 to £120,000. A company car or car allowance is also included as is a pension scheme after an initial qualifying period. Once established, earning £100k per year with this organisation is a very real possibility.
