Course Adviser (18.5 hours per week) Continually striving for excellence and a strong Grade 2 College, Wigan & Leigh College is well underway on its journey to become Outstanding. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our FAB Futures team; we are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about helping people to engage with education and who understands that choosing the right course has significant impact on raising the aspirations of young people and adults. You will be a key member of a team dedicated to providing our potential students with the necessary information they need to undertake a course at College and go on to realise their ambitions as well as to ensure effective planning and reporting underpins the service delivery. This role would be ideal for someone who has significant experience of delivering customer service to the highest standard and who has outstanding business administration skills. The role will provide the right individual with variety, challenge and great satisfaction in being a part of wider team that is committed to developing and influencing the workforce of the future.
