Overview

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Lead, develop and empower a team of over 100 marketing professionals within functional roles that include demand generation, digital marketing, press and social media, internal communications, data and operations, partners and alliances marketing, account-based marketing and vertical marketing Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan based on your evaluation of regional markets, focusing on the needs of enterprise customers and associated partner ecosystem to grow sales pipeline and opportunities Establish a regional communications plan and build relationships with key media and industry stakeholders to increase the company’s brand awareness Design and oversee the marketing department's budget and associated resource plans to support regional objectives Serve as a member of the EMEA and chief marketing officer (CMO) leadership teams, providing strategic direction and bridging global initiatives with regional demands Collaborate with corporate marketing teams to develop product launch and go-to-market campaigns that align strategic objectives with local marketing programs across all market segments and routes to market Perform stakeholder management at the field, regional, and corporate levels Consult with partners and develop joint demand-generation activities Demonstrate leadership in driving quality and standards within the marketing function as well as governance for the company’s brand, voice and mission in EMEA Provide coaching, guidance, and career development to the members of your team and build talent objectives for the team Several years of proven track record in enterprise software marketing experience in an American enterprise software company Proven experience successfully leading cross-functional teams with an expert knowledge in demand generation, pipeline-building, communications, and partner marketing Demonstrated exposure to sales and experience in a marketing role that supported a sales team Ability to operate in a fast-paced and open environment; create the context and working environment for associates to exceed expectations Multiple years of experience leading and building a diverse team in a matrixed environment Relevant product marketing experience identifying market opportunities, go-to-market strategy, and product launches Experience in customer-facing roles working with partners to achieve success Excellent communication skills to give presentations at industry events and interact with the press Deep understanding of making use of market intelligence, insights, and data to formulate and develop strategies and plans Expert knowledge and experience working with the partner ecosystem and best practices in partner marketing and co-marketing Expertise in organizational, planning, and budgeting skills Willingness to travel up to 50%
