We are currently working with our client a leading marketing services provider, they are seeking an Account Manager to be based in Central London You must have the following skills to be successful in this role: A good knowledge of the print sector and excellent customer service skills. Direct Mail knowledge would be advantageous Account/Project management skills with experience of working directly with the client Strong verbal and written communication skills Outstanding organisational skills The ability to interpret client briefs to creative teams Be a team player with the ability to lead by example The successful candidate must be able to multitask, engage effortlessly with customers, anticipate challenges before they occur and act accordingly, have the confidence built from experience to expect the best service from Suppliers and the ability to overcome difficulties should service fall short.
