As an analyst you will be required to support the creation of business cases and change management within the business. The role will require the successful applicant to interact with stakeholders (and subject matter experts) at all levels and across different disciplines in order to understand their requirements; gathering documents and analysing business needs and requirements with the intention of solving problems and, as needed supporting the design of technical solutions. The successful applicants' primary focus will be across multiple GaaS titles and ZeniMax's digital business for Europe and would be required to: + Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the organisation + Use data modelling practices to analyse findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes + Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting for titles and territories + Identify the processes and information technology required to introduce any recommendations and look to gain agreement from stakeholders, of the best method of introducing recommendations to the business + Communicate the benefits of any recommendations across various functions and help to address any uncertainty and concern; consider opportunities and potential risks attached to suggestions made + Produce written documentation to support projects undertaken, report on findings and present such to stakeholders when necessary + Support staff and teams in making any recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issues + Ensure plans are made and processes are created to evaluate the impact of the changes, including taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting on this evaluation + 3-5+ years relevant analytical experience, preferably within the entertainment sector + Advanced Excel with working knowledge of PowerBI and other Office365 applications + Self-motivated and confident individual with a high attention to detail + Strong communicator and relationship building skills with creative and analytical mindset + Ability to work on several tasks at once with frequent interruptions while meeting sensitive deadlines + Must be a team player and be willing to work independently with minimal supervision + Planning/scheduling experience in current or prior role(s) would be a plus Applicant Privacy Notice Job ID: 2020-1633 External Company URL: Street: Haymarket House
