Overview
Trainee Consultant I’m currently representing an award-winning PLC recruitment agency based in the heart of the city. We find ourselves in the need of strong sales people to join what is a very exciting brand. Plans are to grow across Europe in the next twelve months so this position could open up some exciting opportunities moving forward. Basic salaries will be around the 25k mark however we all know the most important thing to look for when moving into recruitment is the commission structure. This tailored structure goes as high as 40% meaning the OTE in year one will be around 45k. Year 1 : 45k OTE Year 2 : 60-65K OTE Year 3 : 65K Perks include : Annual trips abroad, last year Ibiza & Miami. Opportunities to work from home once a week. Monthly social events including meals and trips to nightclubs. Drinks at your desk on a Thursday & Friday. Sports clubs and activity based social events. 31 days holiday This position will be suitable for individuals working in other 360 sales based positions examples being, lettings negotiators, account managers, sales consultants, b2b sales agents, telesales agents, car sales.
