Excellent opportunity for a sales candidate from the Logistics / Freight Forwarding /Courier / Supply Chain industry to join a trusted and well-respected Cardiff-based Logistics & Freight Forwarding provider as they grow their Thames Valley operations depot. Role Info: Business Development Manager - Logistics Provider Heathrow / Slough Area / Field Based - £40,000 - £45,000Basic Commission Car / Car Allowance The Opportunity: Due to significant new long-term deals we are expanding our Thames Valley depot operations. The role is for an experienced Sales / New Business Development specialist to drive new business and lay the foundations for a small sales team. Previous industry experience is a must. About You: Strong International Road/Air/Sea freight market knowledge Strong track record of internal and face to face B2B sales Experience working for an independent small to medium sized forwarder Able to work alone as well as part of what will be a growing team and generate own leads as well as some we have.
