Recruitment Consultancy - Technology Recruitment My client is an award winning technology recruitment company based in central London with some amazing clients such as Monzo, Asos, BBC, ITV, Sky and many more. You will be in charge of finding new candidates and clients. You will be given lots of responsibility early on so you will need to be credible, full of energy and very hard working. What my client are looking for; Degree educated Big personality Sporty Lots of energy Proven resilience Hard working Confidence Day to day in Recruitment; Headhunting Meeting candidates and clients Attending networking events Building relationships with new and existing clients Creating and posting job adverts Screening candidates Arranging interview Gathering feedback from clients for your candidates Helping prepare your candidates for interviews Closing deals Perks; Top bonus and commission structure: up to 20% of annual billings when over 250k and up to 40% commission per month Year 1 OTE - 36k Year 2 OTE - 65k Year 3 OTE - 100k Unlimited holiday once you’ve been at the company for a year Company holiday incentives Lunch clubs in Michelin star restaurants Amazing offices with an office dog Free breakfast Free gym memberships This role is very hot so apply immediately for consideration.
