Graduate Business Development Executive - London My client has been named within the 'Virgin Fast Track 100' for the past two consecutive years due to its exponential organic growth and meritocratic nature. Following this resounding success, they are now looking to add competitive, tenacious and money/career-hungry graduates to their list of successful Graduate Business Development Executives. The graduate position offers real responsibility from day one, with award winning training across a 6-month scheme. Currently in their 5th year, the firm already have offices in multiple world-wide locations (Manchester, London, Glasgow, Dubai & Hong Kong) with plans to open a further two offices in the next 18 months. Incentive Package: In addition to a basic salary of £22,000 and a highly competitive commission structure the company also offers regular incentives such as: Lunch Clubs Season ticket loan Subsidised gym membership Great Pension scheme 25 Days Holiday Saving Schemes aimed to help 1st time Home-Owners The Role Our client has a friendly team which needs a strong team player who is happy to get 'stuck in' and help out in all areas of the business. The perfect candidate will be a self-starter able to work on their own initiative. The role will include: Researching and generating profitable new business Selling to clients of all sizes, from Blue-Chip companies to start-ups Sourcing of new clients - Cold Calling Increasing revenues from existing client base Your Profile Educated to degree level Competitive Committed, confident with a positive attitude Hard working and target driven.
