Overview

Are you an experienced account manager, who is looking for a home-based role? Do you have experience managing legal clients? This home-based Account Manager role will allow for you to work on your targets, as well as continue your career in a SaaS organisation. You will be selling a cloud-based document and email management system to a variety of industries, including law firms, financial and in-house council. Concerned about being 'cooped-up’ at home? Or apprehensive about the company lacking camaraderie? Not to worry - you still will have to get out of the house for monthly meetups. You’ll get to bond with the people you email/call daily. Let’s not forget about your client visits, where you will bump elbows with some of the top firms. You are a results-driven, dynamic and energetic Account Manager who actively seeks out and engages in customer prospects. Ultimately, you contribute to building profitable, long-term relationships with their clients to reach their business objectives. Skills & Experience Excellent communication and interpersonal are essential Confident and able to deal with customers at all levels Proven ability to build, develop and maintain a wide number of business relationships and leverage these to develop new opportunities Commercially aware and with strong business acumen Independent, highly motivated - This is a HOME BASED role Willing and able to travel within the Zone 1 territory. Your main duties will include building strong customer relationships, face to face sales, account and retention management, data analysis of usage to make recommendations to the customer, consultative advice, business development, demonstrations, presentations and proposal writing and internal and external communications.
