Overview
About the role A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work within the Retail team as a PA to the Managing Director – Booker Retail. The aim of this role is to provide day to day support to the Managing Director – Booker Retail and the wider retail team as well as managing the office and supporting the PA to the Chief Operations Officer. Role Responsibility Key duties include: Diary management, travel arrangements, expenses, event management, collating and communicating reports and other information, attending and minuting meetings, ensuring Health and Safety requirements are adhered to and monitoring and managing multiple email accounts. In addition you will be responsible for holiday and absence reporting, stationery ordering and raising and managing purchase orders for the Retail team. You will need You will be required to work with colleagues of all levels so excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work within a team and on your own initiative. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess a high level of competency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, along with excellent organisational skills and a proven track record in managing and meeting deadlines. In this fast moving environment you will need to be adept at prioritising your workload and be proactive in pre-empting the needs of your key customers. This role will require travel to other locations and there will be also be a need for overnight stays.
