Overview
The Opportunity: A very new and exciting role for one of the industry’s leading companies. You will build and develop strong relationships with potato processing companies and their growers. This will involve generating new business whilst providing ongoing support and service to existing customers. You will be working with a new sustainable product, that is rapidly being favoured and respected by potato growing, processing and storage businesses. Employer: A leading global expert in the storage of potatoes and other perishable goods. Using their technical expertise and extensive trials they have developed a sustainable, user friendly and cost-effective solution for potatoes and onions that is rapidly being adopted across the industry. ___________________________________________________________________________ Skills Required: Essential Experienced in technical sales Knowledge or experience of potato growing and/or storage Result driven personality and strong negotiation skills Self-motivated, able to work unsupervised Highly developed presentation skills Good listener, open minded, dynamic and committed Able to manage and communicate the use of a technical product Proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset Customer and market-focused, ability to prioritise work according to goals Flexible, positive, professional attitude Remuneration: An excellent salary, results driven bonus (uncapped), pension, life assurance and income protection.
