Overview

One of the fastest-growing international electric motor technology companies has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and engaging Senior Account Manager to join their UK Sales Team based in London, Oval. To be considered, you must have substantial experience of key account management and B2B technical sales . They design and manufacture a comprehensive range of miniature motor mechanisms for a variety of highly specialised applications. The company prides itself in delivering complex engineering solutions to customers worldwide across a broad range of industries including Consumer Electronics, Automotive, Industrial, Medical and Aerospace. This will be a key role in managing high value, technical sales as the business moves into its next stage of growth. This will include consultative selling, qualifying sales leads and identifying opportunities for expansion within a market full of opportunity. Responsibilities: As an experienced Senior Account Manager, you will work from their London base where you will manage, develop and enhance key global client relationships. You will help maximise awareness of their value add proposition and identify key representatives to assist with business development opportunities. You will work with the Applications Development team to propose custom solutions for a range of complex customer projects with high earning potential. Your position within the team will allow you to work closely with and assist the Sales Director in the training and mentorship of others within the Sales Team as well as involvement in the commercial decisions that will move the business forward. Requirements: Substantial B2B technical sales experience within an engineering field Proven track record of cross selling, identifying and developing new business Excellent networking and relationship building skills Strong people influencing skills An ability to speak and write technical information in English to a high standard, if you can also do this in a second language that would be highly advantageous.
