On a day-to-day basis as an Account Manager you will be responsible for: Strategically managing and developing a portfolio of key accounts Providing the quality of service that customers are used to Ensuring customers are informed of the company’s complete range of products and services Working alongside the commercial and data processing teams Developing client relationships and following up to create solid business growth Key attributes required: Experience in customer service/account development Understanding of data, direct mail or transactional print Working knowledge of GMC/Quadient software ideal but not essential Ability to deal with complex data briefs Proven ability to strategically manage and grow accounts Excellent communication and client liaison skills With excellent heritage and an inspiring backstory, the company is looking for a dynamic Account Manager with inner drive, passion and a real positive attitude to bring a market leader’s visions to life.
