Their web and mobile-friendly platform is fully integrated, easy to use, drives sales and encourages relationship building. They now have an immediate opening in London for a client-facing Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager, you will: Focus on developing and delivering a new business sales strategy Work in an autonomous new business capacity, targeting mid-market accounts Generate, book and attend meetings throughout London and beyond Sell at C-Level Manage complex sales cycles (3-6 months) The ideal candidate will: Be educated to degree level Possess a minimum of 2-3 years sales experience gained selling SaaS or recruitment solutions Be consultative and professional in approach, have high levels of motivation and first-class communication and presentation skills Be hungry, committed and looking for an excellent opportunity to build a solid career in a company where the earning potential and career progression is truly unlimited Have an entrepreneurial mentality with demonstrable gravitas and business acumen The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 30-50k with an uncapped OTE of 60-100k plus additional and generous benefits.
