Overview
The successful Income Manager will be responsible for overseeing the activities of the income team.The role will be for a long term contract which has the possibility of being extended.Client DetailsThe client is a housing association in London.DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Income Manager will be to:Measure and manage staff performance to ensure compliance with policy and proceduresWork with external solicitors to prepare for complex court cases to prevent the Trust from incurring additional cost.Produce weekly and monthly analytic reports on the team's performance.Manage the team of income officers to increase the amount of income recovered by as much as possible.Work closely with external stakeholders. ProfileThe successful Income Officer will have come from a similar background. You will have managed a team before and will be able to show the key achievements from your management of a team of income officers.You will be familiar with legal procedures connected to income recovery.Someone with a pro active and results driven mind set will excel in this position.Job OfferThis role is perfect fro someone who is available to start as soon as possible and is looking for a long term contract.
