Quantity Surveyor - Private Residences & Listed Buildings My client are a niche, multi-disciplinary boutique consultancy, based in enviable South West London offices. They provide a number of high quality services, predominantly to high net worth individuals. The majority of their work falls in to the high end/super-prime residential sector for listed buildings and conservation areas and whilst the projects are predominantly in London, they also have schemes running in Europe and the Caribbean. They pride themselves on their professional, yet relaxed nature and providing bespoke services to Clients. You will be an Assistant/Project Quantity Surveyor with an interest of working on super-prime residential projects. Sector experience is not essential as my client will consider candidates from any sector. You will be personable, dynamic and comfortable dealing with high net worth individuals. MRICS is not essential, however my client has a structured APC programme for those wishing to pursue their chartership. Responsibilities: Cost planning Procurement and Tender evaluation Delivering projects Liaising with high net worth individuals Cost Reporting Contract Administration Basic Requirements: A BSc degree in Quantity Surveying or related Strong interpersonal skills Strong verbal and written communication skills An interest in working on super-prime, private residences Self-motivated and ambitious Preferred Requirements: Experience of working in a consultancy Experience of working on high end residential projects Experience of dealing with clients directly In return you will be offered: £35,000-£55,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Exposure to super-prime residential projects Continuous on the job training APC support if required Yearly trips Flexible hours Full responsibility on projects Smart-Casual dress in the office For further information on this role, please contact Harry Macgregor on 020 7337 7511.
