Overview
Joshua Robert Recruitment is proud to be working in exclusive partnership with a client-side property developer, investor and asset management organisation based in the West Midlands. The organisation has a mixed residential and student portfolio spanning the UK. Due to significant growth, the business is now seeking to add a Development Director to join them. The role will sit on the board of the business working alongside the COO and CEO and will have a clear objective of spearheading the growth of the business. The role will lead the development of projects from site identification, acquisition and then following through to completion. You’ll define the strategy that delivers on the long term objectives of the business whilst playing an active role in developing and supporting projects and the co-ordination of teams and outsourced multi-disciplined consultants. You’ll consistently seek opportunities to develop the estate, acquire new opportunities and improve processes and systems. To be considered, you’ll need to be an experienced Development Manager / Director with a proven track record of delivery and an excellent network. You will possess exceptional technical, management and financial skills and a proven track record of adding significant value. It’s important that you have an understanding of the student and residential sector and have experience delivering acquisitions and front end development within it.
