Digital Marketing Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated Digital Marketing Manager , with proven experience in the B2B environment. The scope of this role encompasses the entirety of the digital marketing function for our New Business Sales, Retail and Wholesale departments. This is a hands-on, cross-channel role which requires a tenacious, strategic problem-solver, with the ability to effectively drive and deliver digital projects to successful outcomes. You will work closely with several stakeholders, including company Directors, Heads of Department, Sales and Digital Consultants, while proactively managing our fantastic Digital Agencies (SEO/PPC/Website/eCRM and Lead Generation). The hours of work are 8.30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, based at the Express Vending offices in Hemel Hempstead (no public transport options available to reach site.) Occasional travel is required to meet with agencies, business partners and colleagues predominantly in and around the London area. Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager will be entering into a pivotal role which encompasses all digital marketing activity across an award-winning business. Your role will come with a degree of autonomy and will require you to: * Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website * Proactively work with and performance manage digital agencies including SEO/PPC/eCRM and website development * Track conversion rates while making incremental improvements to the website * Consistently achieve KPIs and targets aligned with marketing strategy and sales objectives * Manage the online brand and campaigns to raise awareness and generate sales leads * Devise and send eCRM campaigns to generate appointments for the sales team * Improving the usability, design content and conversion of the company website * Responsible for planning and budgeting for all digital marketing channels * Manage all lead generation campaigns, including business tradeshows * Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data * Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing Skills & Qualifications: * Must have experience of creating and driving the digitial strategy with a high degree of autonomy * Strong academic record with a degree 2:1 or above * 3+ years business to business experience in digital marketing * Working knowledge of Google Adwords, Bing AdCenter, Facebook for Business, Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools * Google Adwords / Analytics certification is an advantage * Experience working with bid management platforms i.e. Google Marketing Platform, Kenshoo, Marin * Experience managing PPC, SEO, eCRM and website agencies * Experience managing website projects from concept through to execution. Experience working with WordPress is desirable * Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice * Highly IT literate with extensive knowledge of database marketing and experience using databases as a key source in business development * Excellent analytical and communication skills * Focused and enthusiastic about marketing * Enjoy working in a busy, deadline-driven, creative environment Express Vending is a premium provider of workplace refreshments to businesses in London and the surrounding areas.
