Overview
Reporting into the Technical Director, the Senior Technical Manager will take the lead on a large-scale mixed-use project, comprising nearly 2000 residential units, as well as commercial and retail space. You will be tasked with delivering the project and managing the Technical team to achieve excellence throughout. Client Details My client are a market leading housebuilder specialising in residential builds and are one of the most successful developers across London and the South East of England. They typically work on large scale, mixed use projects, with an emphasis on new build residential, high rise RC frame projects. Description As the Senior Technical Manager, you will be tasked with setting the design team programme and ensuring adherence and delivery occurs on time. You will ensure your direct reports are working to an agreed upon standard and will maintain an overview of the architectural design elements. Check all drawings and details for accuracy in line with brief. Resolve day to day design issues in liaison with the Technical Director. Build strong relationships with consultants and manage them effectively to allow smooth delivery of the project. Profile RC Frame, High Rise Residential project experience is key. Ideally you will be from either a Developer or Main Contractor background. Proven management skills of both people and projects. Self starter and self motivated.
