Due to growth our highly successful client within a niche recruitment sector has three unique opportunities for recruitment consultants. Established in 2003 our national client is a market leader with a large database of candidates and vacancies so no cold calling necessary. To be successful you will: Have previous/current sales, recruitment, estate agency, customer service or account management experience Live within 30 minutes of Sawbridgeworth Be comfortable in making out bound calls to candidates and clients Be sharp, tenacious, ambitious, flexible and thrive well under pressure Have good geographical knowledge of counties In return you will be offered: A fantastic basic salary A very competitive commission package plus bonus Early finish of 4.30pm on a Friday Full training Long term career prospects Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £25,000.00 to £70,000.00 /year
