The Role We are currently partnering with a global internet start up in their search for a tech & sales recruiter to drive their expansion across Europe and Asia. The organisation already has strong presence across the US, and has recieved significant investment from some of the most high profile financial services and tech brands. Responsibilities Leading the expansion of the business for tech and sales across EMEA. Developing recruitment process & assessment techniques with the end goal of creating a best in class, innovative recruitment function. Driving and promoting the EVP of the business to attract the top 1% of tech and sales talent. Requirements Experience sourcing, attracting, and ultimately hiring niche, highly technical roles. Experience recruiting internationally, with a deep knowledge of the European market. Experience recruiting for a SaaS or similar business. Years of consistent in-house delivery.
