Overview

Sourcing Development opportunities across the UK, with the backing of a large finance pipeline and Director backing. Looking across the Residential Development spectrum with the exception of BTR. Client Details With a large financial investment pot and backing from Directorship, this business are a leading brand and reputable name in the Development industry. Description Identification of acquisition opportunities, prepare and maintain valuations, financial and cashflow models which support the investment process and set out clear analysis of key investment drivers Compiling due diligence and distributing this information to key stakeholders Strategy development/research for new initiatives/opportunities Leveraging Agents networks to secure leads on sites, ideally before they go on the market Working senior management in decision-making and execution of various investment strategies Reporting and communications with internal stakeholders Profile For the Senior role, previous experience within site acquisition/land buying in any of the following areas is essential: PRS, Student Accommodation, Co-Living, BTR, Serviced Accommodation, Housebuilding Land Management, Tier 1 Developer Site Acquisition or similar. Experience around financial modelling, deal appraisal, research and market review for investments, internal reporting and presentations. Experience in Residential Acquisition of new deals and asset management of existing deals. Candidates will preferably have either an education in or experience of residential real estate development and analysis as well as possessing strong quantitative skills. Job Offer For the Senior role, a market base salary reflective of the role and DOE. Another advert has been posted for the 2 more junior roles. Package with Car/Allowance Considerable Bonus package based on size of projects acquired. Ability to work from home/travel, with around 2 to 3 days in the office for team meet (more possible if you would prefer, but 2 to 3 days a week will include travelling to cities around the UK for Identification of sites and meetings with Agents/Contacts) Further benefits package on top.
