Overview
My client, an award-winning property real estate consultancy is seeking a chartered Surveyor/Senior Surveyor to come into their dynamic team to help undertake investment valuations and development appraisals. Job Role: Working as part of team comprising of over 40 members, you’ll be mainly based in London & the South East. You will be carrying out investment valuations and development appraisals for accounting purposes predominately but also for acquisitions, disposals and asset management initiatives. You will also be tasked with co-ordination of large portfolio instructions including liaison with Capital Markets, Development and Professional departments. Clients include: BlackRock Aberdeen Westfield Hammerson Person Specification/Requirements MRICS & RVS. Good experience in Argus & Excel. Self-motivated while working as part of an energetic and supportive team. Ability to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients. Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks. Accurate and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication skills enabling the development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues. Leadership skills motivating and inspiring others.
