The role of an Office Coordinator: As an Office Coordinator you are responsible for meeting and greeting every customer who comes into your branch with the highest level of service. In addition, you will assist your office in fundamental day to day administrative tasks which as essential to the smooth running of an office. If you’re looking to get into a company where you can grow, the Office Coordinator role is the perfect place to start. You will have a fantastic insight into both Sales and Lettings and the nitty gritty of how the business functions. With ongoing training, you will you learn how to coordinate your own office and everything that entails. From chipping in with Marketing projects, collating and updating sales pipelines and reports, to revolutionising the way we store our keys, you will understand the business inside out. You will take pride in being the go-to person for both external and internal customers. As someone who can’t do things half-way, you will be meticulous in your presentation, innovative when problem-solving and no task will be too much.
