Graduate Inside Sales Executive £25k £5k OTE The Shard, London Bridge With a global presence and a successful history, this multi-million pound turnover organisation, based in the Shard, has managed to grow steadily year on year. With a rich knowledge in their marketplace, commitment to clients and a portfolio of software solutions and services, this company is set to grow even further and is looking to introduce fresh commercial talent into their already successful team As a Graduate Inside Sales Executive, your role will involve extensive training and phone-based activity to develop and build relationships with existing accounts with the aim of solving problems and developing relationships. The successful applicant will undergo extensive product and sales training. You will learn how to win business, build trust and rapport with clients and gain a technical understanding that will allow you to provide valuable consultation. As you progress, you will be able to move up through the team towards more senior sales roles, working with larger enterprises and handling larger deal sizes. Their best salespeople are comfortably earning six-figure salaries.
