TOP AWARD WINNING CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT AND DIGITAL AGENCY, is looking for a new member of a team to lead the CRM and customer engagement for a leading and much loved high street retailer. Established already with a minimum of one year's experience as an Account Director gained in a reputable UK CRM or DM agency, you will have at least 4 or 5 years of solid CRM or DM agency experience, OR you could be a SAM on the cusp of stepping up but you must must demonstrate a solid career to date and strategic thinking. Reporting directly into a GAD there is plenty of headroom so you can really make your mark, take extra responsibility and began to stretch your strategic muscles.
