Overview
Trainee Lettings Negotiator If you find it hard to come second, you will most likely make a great salesperson. Know Marsh & Parsons Founded in 1856, Marsh & Parsons has been matching people and property for over 160 years. We’ve developed along with London, and its homes, throughout the 20th century. Now operating 31 offices in prime locations throughout the Capital, we’re not only one of London’s longest established agents, but also one of the most prevalent for today’s 11m Londoners. It's our great people who deliver our brand promise - people who relish the challenges of the London property market and the opportunities it has to offer. That's why we invest a great deal in finding the right people and when we do, we train, inspire and motivate them, so they flourish in what Marsh & Parsons, and those we employ, believe is the most exciting industry, in the most dynamic city in the world. The role of a Trainee Lettings Negotiator: As a Lettings Negotiator you will interact with tenants to gain a comprehensive understanding of their requirements. With access to our entire office network across London, there are no boundaries to restrict you when taking your tenants on viewings. A bigger network equals more deals, meaning you can make the most of our uncapped commission structure. You might even win a seat on an incentive trip that could see you skiing in Meribel or jetting off to the Med. You are curious and even possibly a little bit nosey, so sitting in a traffic jam will excite you as it’s a chance to find out more about your clients. It’s their needs that come first. To you, an incredible customer experience means you actually do give a monkeys and won’t think twice about picking up the phone to a nervous client at the weekend. You won’t need any previous experience in property as we’ll teach you everything you need to know, however confidence to strike up a conversation with a stranger will already come naturally. If you’re someone that finds it hard to sit still, don’t worry you will be out and about most of the time. No day will be the same.
