Overview

As the Account Director you will work with FTSE 250 companies in identifying new revenue opportunities. Whilst this is a relationships management role, new business is essential for the growth of those accounts and you'll have a real knack for it - based in London. BASIC SALARY: £50,000 - £80,000 BENEFITS: · OTE £100,000 - £150,000 · Pension · Healthcare · Holiday LOCATION: London COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Watford, Guildford, Chertsey, Hemel Hempstead, Milton Keynes, Croydon, Wokingham, Slough, JOB DESCRIPTION: Account Director: SaaS - Fintech With ambitious plans to grow, this is the perfect opportunity to drive revenue growth and continually enhance and improve retention within existing business. Getting under the skin of each customer to build those relationships further and grow them. Additionally you will be responsible for: · Designing and implementing a strategy to ensure C-suite coverage within our clients · Taking a strategic view of the client relationship and planning on how best to maximise buiness growth · Managing pipeline activity and reporting including robust monthly forecasting · Proactively involving in the pitch process for new and existing business PERSON SPECIFICATION: Account Director: SaaS - Fintech You will be a proven business developer and relationship builder, you will have had solid experience working in a B2B market either across Tech (IT, SaaS, Cloud) Telecoms or similar. You will possess excellent communication and presenting skills and be proactive when engaging with customers. You will also be used to working autonomously and within a team, supporting them when they need it. Additionally, you will be highly self sufficient, hold a positive and tenacious manner. THE COMPANY: We are a fast growing Fintech business, investor backed and set to grow significantly over the next 12-18 months.
