Export Sales and Coordinator position - more than one language ability required Leeds, Harrogate, York, Wetherby, Ilkley, Pocklington, Malton, Tadcaster Basic £22,000 to £26,000 plus bonus potential and bens Our client has been established for a number of years are proud to have established a truly global sales network with a large multicultural team. They work across many diverse markets including construction, environmental protection, petrochemical, marine & offshore and defence to name a few. The role - Reporting to the Export Manager, this is an internal sales support function, lots of training is provided, responsibilities will include market research, customer contact and export administration. This will then evolve into a focussed sales role with responsibility for managing specific countries. General cover will be provided for the Export Manager in his absence. Sales order processing. Providing and pursuing quotations. Liaising with transport companies. Pro-active sales to existing and prospective customers. Providing customers with technical support. The candidate - We are looking to speak to candidates with a personable approach and strong communication skills, looking to develop a career within an international business. Graduates, who speak an additional language, looking for a first step into Export Sales will be of particular interest. We are also keen to speak to candidates with experience of any product in an Export Sales role. We would also consider candidates with Internal Sales or Telesales experience. A willingness to travel (including overseas). Ideally speak a foreign language fluently (preferably Spanish, Russian or German).
