Overview

The role of Client Specialist is the business-generating machine within the Permanent business. In this role you will identify clients, build relationships and specialise within a specific industry sector to ultimately secure exclusive, retained business. You will be an expert on specific clients; as well as being the expert in positioning our high value Permanent offering. As a Client Specialist you will partner closely with your Research Executive to ensure they understand our Clients’ needs, to prioritise high value business, to ensure the best candidates are put forward by the Research Executive and ultimately deliver against our Client’s requirements. Finally, in this role you will be responsible for the management and development of a Research Executive and a Recruiter. In this role you will: Pro-actively secure high value business opportunities Complete focus on selling high value (Exclusive, Subscribed, Retained) permanent staffing to both existing and new clients. Establish a clear operating rhythm with your Research Executive Articulate effectively to your Research Executive the targets, inputs and expectations of the role Share knowledge and best practice around candidate generation, candidate process control and new business development Provide feedback and encourage your Research Executive to seek regular feedback from others Be ultimately responsible for the performance and engagement of the Research Executive and Recruiter aligned to you.
