As part of their ongoing growth plans, they now have an exciting opening in Central London for a Graduate Sales Executive. As an internally based Graduate Sales Executive, you will: Be responsible for prospecting, cold-calling and following up on leads generated via the web, phone and emails Identify, qualify and confirm qualified demonstrations/appointments for senior sales colleagues Target senior decision-makers within corporate companies Manage sales cycles of 1-3 months and order values circa 50k Receive full and on-going training, along with opportunities for career progression into a closing sales role. Graduate Sales Executive applications are invited from: 2:1 Degree educated candidates (preferably from a Redbrick) Those with demonstrable achievements (academic, sporting workplace etc) Candidates who clearly demonstrate an understanding of consultative selling and appointment setting Those with the ability to logically communicate information and ideas Intelligent candidates with excellent presentation and interaction skills and a high aptitude for learning Confident high fliers who are driven The successful Graduate Sales Executive can expect: A base salary circa 26k An uncapped first year OTE of 45k (first year) An additional and generous benefits package Rapid career and salary progression A fun and motivated work environment Numerous incentives (food, drink, trips and prizes Certus Graduate Recruitment is a specialist provider of graduate and early career recruitment solutions across the UK and Europe.
