Your new role You will be a senior surveyor responsible for the management of a varied portfolio of commercial properties within the Central London Property Management team. You will deliver a high quality of property management service to occupiers on a large portfolio of trophy offices around London. In this role you will supervise other property managers and on-site staff and you will be in regular communication with institutional fund management clients. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing and preparing due diligence information to prepare for sales, purchases and acquisitions. You will be preparing client reports with regular reporting to clients. You will support clients with regards to value enhancement opportunities including lease renewals, lettings and rent reviews. You will also be responsible for carrying out property inspections, ensuing tenant's compliance with lease obligations and preparing service charge administration. You will be liaising with landlords, client's agents, solicitors and other consultants so excellent communication skills are essential. What you'll need to succeed Minimum 3 years' experience working in a similar role with the ideal candidate currently working as a Management Surveyor or Senior Surveyor. RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor is preferred. You should have experience with managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and good business acumen and the ability to provide sound advice to clients. You should be developing a talent for leading teams and coaching others to succeed, ideally be a team player and have a "can do" approach.
