Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Retail Support Coordinator based at our Larbert office on a Permanent basis. This role is a full time position (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday 8:30am until 5:00pm. Travel may be required throughout the UK within this position. As a Retail Support Coordinator you will be supporting the day to day operational activity of the allocated Company Owned and Operated Stores, Store Managers and Area Managers. You are responsible for an allocated number of stores as well as some network wide tasks and will work closely with and collaborate with the selected Area Managers and their teams in addition to working collaboratively with wider Certas Energy UK functions. In the role of Retail Support Coordinator you will help drive business efficiencies and offer cost effective, sustainable solutions, ensuring all of the Company Owned and Operated Retail stores are supported and compliant to the Certas Energy processes and procedures. It is also beneficial to have strong IT skills, within Word, Excel and Outlook, although not essential as training will be provided. Further Experience in a support or administration role would be beneficial. Benefits also provided by Certas include discount schemes, pension scheme and holiday buy and sell options.
