Recruitment Consultant Due to significant growth in 2019 and more expected in 2020 our Client are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant for their branch in Feltham. This is a genuine opportunity for progression and career development Key Skills required to be a successful Recruitment Consultant: Previous experience of working in industrial recruitment Excellent communication skills - face to face and over the telephone Ability to hit and exceed targets and objectives Good organisational skills Computer literate - Outlook, Excel and Word Ability to report critical information accurately and to tight deadlines Ability to use a common sense approach to problem solving Full driving license essential Details of a Recruitment Consultant: Salary: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per annum (DOE) uncapped commission Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 7am-5pm (there is also on-call mobile worked on a rota basis) Location: Feltham Duration: Permanent Key Duties of a Recruitment Consultant: A full 360 role from bringing on new clients to finding the right candidates for the role Building relationships with potential clients with view to establishing future supply To identify suitable candidates for current and prospective industrial clients Client management Managing all aspects of temporary staff management including booking fulfilment Conducting registrations and all associated compliance Using job boards, internet and social media to attract a constant flow of potential new candidates Proactively promote the services and benefits to develop and increase the day to day business opportunities with new and prospective clients Liaising with your line manager Liaising daily with the clients and managing expectations including job requirements, hours of work and rates of pay To conform to all statutory employment and contractual legislation Benefits of working as Recruitment Consultant: Uncapped Commission additional bonus paid for new sales brought to the business Min 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays rising to a maximum of 29 plus Bank Holidays Plus an additional days holiday for your Birthday Industry leading training Career Progression (80% of the Management and Senior Management team are home grown) Company Pension Scheme If you are interested please click apply Extra Personnel Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
