Overview
This is a great opportunity to join an established and friendly Financial Services & General Insurance organisation, who are ' 5 deftaq accredited' for their Financial Services and General Insurance Products. Nationwide presence - Based just a 15-20-minute drive south of central Peterborough. Our client, with an excellent reputation providing some of the best Customer Services in the UK. The successful candidate will have Insurance or Financial Services' Sales experience or may come from either a Personal Lines or Commercial insurance background with a flair for Sales and Account Management/Account Handling to work alongside the partners of the business, working with SME to Mid-Commercial businesses to engage with and sell Commercial Insurance policies & services. This is not a call center. Hours are normal office - Monday to Friday. No weekends. You will have a positive and friendly telephone manner in order to carry out any sales tasks and be very customer-focused and be very well presented Training You will begin with training onto Commercial and Personal Lines Insurances from the first week/s you start onto our client's bespoke internal training program. After 12-months (for the right candidate) our client will sponsor you onto the CII Certificate of Insurance - which is recognised throughout the UK within any Insurance and Financial Services organisation. To begin with, this role will be telephone based after training (3-6 months approx) you will begin to visit customers showing/presenting & selling our clients 'Award-Winning' Commercial Insurance products, and also introduce products such as Pensions & Investments along the way. You will need to be a car driver for business purposes after training. There is a bonus scheme that can be discussed in the interview stages. Make no mistake, this is a long-term career opportunity.
