Business development - using sales and marketing techniques as well as constant networking to attract new business partners Building successful relationships - visiting new and existing clients to build and develop positive relationships with them Become market expert - developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment Job Advertisement -advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, such as newspapers, websites and magazines, using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships headhunting - identifying, sourcing and approaching suitable candidates via LinkedIn and other methods to reach top talents Interviews - you will be doing interviews with your candidates to get an understanding of what they are looking for and match them with your clients' needs Negotiation - negotiate salary rates, bonuses and benefits for your candidate and finalising arrangements between both sides, client and candidates Offer management - be there every step of the way, from the first point of contact to the candidate accepting the offer from your client's company.
