Become a Senior Consultant within your first year or lead your own team as a Managing Consultant within 24 months at Harnham What will you be doing? Targeting & identifying candidates through different tools Carry out telephone screening interviews Confidently contact potential candidates with respect to the client's needs Follow-up of the candidate through the whole process Carry out search for new clients in your Area and Specialism Understanding Clients current hiring needs , and their requirements for a new role Working with top clients, globally , to help populate their teams with the best candidates in the market Managing candidates job search from interview, to final, to salary and contract negotiations regular travels to the Nordics to meet new and long time clients, and attend networking events What should you bring: Money Motivation - Ever wanted to own a nice car?
