THE ROLE AS A RECRUITMENT/SALES CONSULTANT The role as a headhunter/recruiter includes, but not limited to, typical sales aspects such as: You will work on behalf of great companies, such as Amazon, M&S, Argos, H&M, Football Clubs You will be fully in charge of identifying the right candidates using social networks and head hunting and calls. Offer interview preparation to your candidates and act as a consultant to your clients Handle the whole negotiation process independently . Build close and successful relationships with the hiring managers and local HR in the DACH area (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Talk to interesting people such as CEOs, CFO, Directors etc. WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING TO BE SUCCESSFUL? As Headhunter / Recruiter is a sales-based role, so you should be resilient, hard-working, money focused and career progression orientated and communicative.
