Overview
Our client is currently recruiting for a Personal Moving Consultant in Swindon. Your duties will include: Identifying and helping prospective customers and advising on the current property market status. Property valuations and advising on pricing and marketing Building the brand by posting onto social media, showcasing local businesses, charity events and schools Compiling video tours of properties being sold Contacting customers and advising about properties that may suit their needs. Conducting viewings Keeping the customer contact system up to date Prospecting calls Sending information packs to customers before the appointment to give them a head start with the information they need beforehand Requirements: A strong sales background Estate agency experience would be preferable A full driving licence Excellent enthusiasm to drive the business forward Strong customer service skills Driven to hit targets Salary/Package: £18,000 - £22,000 depending on experience £45,000 OTE Company car Full time Due to high amounts of applications if you have not been contacted within 7 days, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
