Overview
A well-established Central London Commercial Agency are currently looking to hire an experienced Office Agency Surveyor to join the business. The role will focus on the Central and East London office markets. The company has a diverse client list ranging from small creative businesses to large global companies and funds. The company has a substantial pipeline of existing business that you will be involved with. In addition, you will be responsible for developing new business and helping to further grow the company’s office agency offering. Key Responsibilities Existing business Undertaking existing office leasehold instructions on behalf of a range of clients. New Business Developing a portfolio of new office leasing instructions focusing on City Fringe, East London and emerging markets. Development Consultancy Providing development consultancy advice to clients with regards to office properties. Skills and Experience 3 plus years’ experience within office agency Excellent knowledge of the London property market Ability to operate in a dynamic environment MRICS qualification preferable but not essential This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, dynamic, well-regarded commercial agency.
